Lisa Vanderpump has purchased a $5 million Las Vegas mansion.
The 64-year-old Bravo beauty decided to buy the Sin City abode after taking an in-person tour of the premises, which is situated on a golf course, sources told TMZ on Monday.
The reality star-restaurateur visited the home following production of the second season of her Hulu series Vanderpump Villa, closing on the transaction in a three-day span, insiders told the outlet.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum's home in Las Vegas includes amenities such as a large pool and incredible views of the surrounding desert area, according to the outlet.
The English socialite has been busy decorating the mansion and has 'already settled in,' insiders told the outlet.

With the purchase, Vanderpump and her spouse of 42 years, Ken Todd, 79, expand their real estate portfolio, which also includes their estate in Beverly Hills, called Villa Rosa.
Vanderpump has spent extended stretches in Las Vegas as she presides over a trio of local establishments.

Lady Gaga is getting back to basics.
Following her panned performance in the flop movie Joker: Folie à Deux, the New York City native, 38, is releasing a single titled Disease, set to be released Friday.
Diesase, the first of songs from her forthcoming seventh album, was teased Tuesday on the Grammy-winning artist's Instagram account, as she captioned the image: 'DISEASE 10.25.'
In a teaser clip from the viewpoint of an approaching vehicle, the actress-singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, sported a black mane as she ran from it.
Gaga's label Universal Music on Monday put out pre-saves for the forthcoming single, with links to Spotify and Apple Music, Variety reported.

Gaga also made public a Spotify playlist in which her letters in her songs spelled out the phrase 'Gaga Disease,' according to the outlet.
Lady Gaga on Monday posted an adjacent image of what appeared to be her figure splayed across the front of a car with the phrase 'Disease' painted on the street, and a series of dates, times and cities.

Joker: Folie À Deux is branded 'bleak' and the 'most disappointing follow-up' by critics
The singer, whose hits include Bad Romance, Born This Way, Just Dance and Poker Face, is headed back to her pop persona following the September release of her album Harlequin, which was inspired by Joker: Folie à Deux.
Among the tracks on the album included two new songs, and standards such as That's Entertainment, That's Life and Get Happy.
Like the film, it was not an initial commercial success, marking her lowest ever entry for a full-length record on the Billboard 200 charts at number 20.
Lady Gaga in the movie played the role of Harley Quinn opposite Joaquin Phoenix, who earned the Best Actor Oscar for his performance in the franchise's 2019 film Joker.
According to the outlet, Joker: Folie à Deux 'could potentially lose $150 to $200 million' despite studio insiders saying it would break even.
The Warner Bros. film has made $192.2 million worldwide, with $56.6 million in domestic box office revenue, according to Box Office Mojo.

Joker: Folie à Deux, starring Joaquin Phoenix opposite the pop staple, underwhelmed with critics and in box office revenues
Some fans have said that despite the film's initial failure financially and with critics, it will be looked upon favorably years from now.
Lady Gaga has had some commercial success in recent months with her pairing with Bruno Mars on Die With a Smile, which was released in August, landing in the third spot on Billboard's Hot 100.
In 2020, she put out the studio album Chromatica, which initially landed in the top spot upon its debut and included the hit single Rain on Me, a collaboration with Ariana Grande.

An invitation to lunch at Caviar Kaspia was, once upon a time, an offer you simply didn't refuse.
Providing, of course, that the bill was on someone else. Because caviar, smeared on blinis or piled high on baked potatoes, sure didn't come cheap. There may have been other things on the menu, but no one paid them much heed. This was all about lashings of the black stuff.
Caviar Kaspia's signature baked potato and caviar: ‘there are few better dishes on earth…only the price, at just under £150, is ridiculous'
Caviar Kaspia popped her final tin about two decades back. And that site, hidden down a smart Mayfair mews, was taken over by Gavin Rankin (who used to be the boss), and transformed into the brilliant Bellamy's. It prospers to this day. Kaspia, on the other hand, went quiet.
Until last year, when she reopened as a members' club in another Mayfair backstreet. But a £2,000 a year membership fee proved hard to swallow, meaning the doors were opened to the great unwashed.
Which is how we find ourselves sitting in a rather handsome - albeit near empty - dining room, lusciously lavish, under the stern gaze of a stern painting of a very stern man. The soft, crepuscular gloom is broken up by the glare of table lamps, indecorously bright, while a loud soundtrack of indolent, indeterminate beats throbs in the background.
The whole place is scented with gilded ennui.
Our fellow diners are two young South Korean women of pale, luminescent beauty, clad in diaphanous couture. They don't speak, rather communicate entirely via camera phone. Pose, click, check, filter, post. Immaculate waiters hover in the shadows.
We sip ice-cold vodka, and eat a £77 caviar and smoked-salmon Kaspia croque monsieur that tastes far better than it ought to. Next door, a large table fills with a glut of the noisily, glossily confident.
We're looked after by a wonderful French lady of such effervescent charm and charisma that had she burst into an impromptu performance of ‘Willkommen', we would have barely blinked. Baked potatoes, skin as crisp as parchment, insides whipped savagely hard with butter and sour cream, are a study in tuber art.
A cool jet-black splodge of oscietra caviar, gently saline, raises them to the sublime. Only the price, at just under £150 each, is ridiculous. But there are few better dishes on earth. I'd eat this every day if I could. But I can't. Obviously. That's the problem with caviar.
One taste is never enough.
